Isn't the point of life to expand, to grow, to make progress, every day?

For me, helping my clients achieve incredible physical goals is all about mindset. What draws me in is the connection between mind and body - the impact sports have on our mentality. That's where the real power lies.

I started out on a very different path. After studying economics in Greece I moved to London, where I completed my Master's and went on to work in the finance sector. I'd always read a lot about fitness, nutrition and wellbeing; I always wanted to expand my mind. I loved singing and music, too. At that point, working hard and following my passions on the side made sense.

Then, one day, I realised that keeping my personal development and self-expression separate from how I earned my living wasn't a choice. It was a trap.

The question I found myself asking was this:

Did I really want go on working in banking, earning money by making other people rich? Or did I want to start investing in myself?

That was the turning point; the moment when my life changed.

So, aged 28, I started to study fitness and wellbeing seriously. I'd been practising Capoeira since 2002 and continued to deepen my understanding of this beautiful practice, where dance meets martial arts (Kabula). But I also started training in other disciplines: fitness, bodybuilding, acupuncture and meridian massage.

Eventually, I realised that it was time for me to make a real change if I was to make the impact I was capable of. I left my job to travel through North, South and Central America, with my friend and fellow martial arts enthusiast Dimitris Tsitos.

I didn't want to be a tourist - I wanted to live like a local. I spent time in each place I came to, getting to know the people who lived there and exploring their lifestyle. I wanted to find out what happened when I put down roots in each place. I'd ask myself the same questions every time.

Who am I, in this place, and how do I react? How do I grow?
How do I enrich my environment? How will I channel this energy to other people?

I was searching for a place where I could be a positive force in the community, and where my surroundings would support me to live my best life. I didn't find it in any of the places I travelled to.

When I returned to London and met Chiara, I realised why. The place I'd been searching for was one we would would create together.

So, that's the kind of person I am: energetic, enthusiastic, endlessly curious. I'm motivated every day to make progress against my goals, to find out what I'm capable of.

How it works:

We’ll connect via Skype for one hour, once per week – so wherever you are in the world, you’ll be able to access support from Panagis.

Every week we’ll review your current goals; agree any tweaks to your schedule, and Panagis may recommend resources such as books to read, or specific training from our online library of unique workouts.

You can contact Panagis at any time for ad hoc support, or if you have specific questions in between your calls. Consider him your personal trainer and coach – he’s as committed to your success as you are.

A typical program lasts for eight weeks. The first four weeks are where we set baselines, agree goals and begin to establish your habits. In the second four weeks we’ll build your indepe make the necessary adjustments to make sure your program is as effective as possible, and embed the habits that will continue to change your life even after the program.

At the end of eight weeks, you may choose to move forward independently – or sign up for a new program, perhaps to focus on a new area.
